Have adjustable friction-clutch to avoid tap breakage.
Have self-centering chuck to hold tap true.
Are extremely useful for mass production.
Have perfect automatic reverse mechanism with double backout speed.
Are made of alloy steel with all moving parts hardened and ground to precision.
Have all parts interchangeable and easily replaceable.
Batch quantities or mass production of tapping by this attachment could be achieved accurately on existing machine tool, like a drill, without requiring any modifications.
