Restonic Mattresses are made out of high carbon tempered steel wire. The steel wire is converted into a spiral hour glass shape through a special machine. These forms of springs are called Bonnel Springs. Numbers of Bonnel springs are interconnected by a spherical wire to make a mattress. They are rigid & flexible, long lasting without loosing shape on prolonged usage.
In case of the Pocketed Spring, each of these spiral springs is encased individually in a non-woven polyester fabric. A number of these pocketed springs are interconnected by a special polymer so that each one will form a separate load bearing unit without disturbing the next unit, thata s why our pocketed spring mattresses are called ZERO DISTRUBENCE mattresses. It is now possible for one partner to move in the bed without disturbing the other.
