TECHNICAL DETAILS OF APPARATUS:-

FACE PIECE:-
* The superior natural rubber molded full face mask has reflex edges for perfect face seal having speech diaphragm, unidirectional exhalation valve & threaded port connecting lung operated demand valve. Quick release buckles for head harness are provided.
* Having visor made of superior acrylic.
* Comfortable 5 strap head harness for precise adjustment.
* Soft inner mask: design to minimize dead space.
* Visibility at all times.
* The anti fogging ports keep the inside of the visor clear and cool.

DEMAND VALVE:-
* This provides air or oxygen in accordance with the breathing demand of the wearer and valve operates only when the wearer of the mask inhales & it remains closed during exhalation.
* This ensures appositive pressure in the face mask thereby stopping ingress of outside contaminated atmospheric air or gas.

BACK PLATE/ HARNESS:-
* The set is back mounted on a ergonomically and ribbed designed back plate made of FRP/ Metal.
* The back plate is designed to support a wide range of cylinders i.e. from 115mm to 215mm dia.
