Double-glazed allows the complete structure to be designed with insulating units with an extensive range of performance characteristics, colours and finishes. Laminations further benefits in terms of safety, particularly where the glass is used in roof structures or canopies. Frameless glass doors can be incorporated into designs to provide a complete glass facade.
