The oil is drawn into the next vessel, where colour of oil is removed. The oil is generally heated upto 110i? C by thermic fluid coils.
The filter press separates the bleaching earth and chemicals. Oil is heated above 110i? C through thermic fluid coils and then live steam is given to the oil from the bottom steam nozzles and temperature of oil is raised through thermic fluid coils. Entire process is done under high vacuum. Thus smell is removed from the oil in the deodourizer.
