The product is NewReclaiming agent(Eco-friendly),used for devulcanization,plasticization and softening of waste rubber.Reduced rubber hardness and improved plasticity and processing performance through penetrating rubber molecular chains,It is very important in reclaimed rubber production.
The reclaiming agentresolves the environmental concerns of conventional waste rubber recycling processes and recycled rubber products, while also mitigating downstream production challengesthereby cutting substantial costs in environmental equipment investment and operation.

Usage
1.Desulfurization tank should be controlled at 2.1-2.6 MPa, Temperature of 215C-230C. Desulfurization tank should be maintained under insulation for 30-50 minutes.
2.The new reclaiming agentwith the water added to dynamic tank in the reactor before using,then putted into the tank.
3.The dosage ofNew reclaiming agent is 3-5% of the rubber powder
Key point:Decrease softener dosage.Dont use reclaiming agent.Adjustment based on the production reality of different reclaimed rubber.
