We have been growing Oyster mushrooms from agricultural waste like wheat straw/paddy straw since 1991, and are still hugely inspired by the scale of the opportunity. We also know that we want to spread the idea further, so we have created the Kranti Mushroom Farm to test our ideas, and have designed an easy to use Kranti Mushroom Kit to enable you to grow your own gourmet mushrooms at home from agricultural waste. Our Aims
Our aim is to convert cheap cellulosic agricultural waste like wheat straw/paddy straw to protein riched mushrooms at home and to have food grown by you at home without use of chemical/pesticides/insecticides. This is totally organic. In earlier years we felt/observed that mushroom cultivation in Gujarat is not picking up due to less technical awareness, difficult to establish control condition, requirement of huge investment and market problem. So to sort out technical part, required condition and investment, we have come with ready mushroom kit for growth of mushroom. Ready kit is developed by us to send you at your home address.
