The RC-2 Reader Controller is part of the Axiom line of access control

ent and future needs with ease and efficiency. The RC-2 is one of the most rugged and reliable reader controllers on the market, with a multitude of built-in features found only in high-end custom designed systems until now.
Multiple built-in, regulated power supplies
- Independently fused electric lock, reader, auxiliary battery and AC Power, complete with fuse status indication and monitoring.
Supports fully supervised RS485 Communications
- Dual RS485 ports designed to ensure data communications in-tegrity in the event of wiring short circuit or cut cable.
Supports eight independent inputs with multi-level supervision
- All inputs are fully programmable and can be guared for one, two, or no end-of-line resistor supervision. This allows the inputs to be used for any level of high security.
