Indian Rasa Soft Hcs -100

RASA SOFT HCS is a softening and lubricating agent for synthetic and their blended fibers. It imparts a soft, smooth touch to the fibers. Therefore, yarn, cutting, flying and pilling dona t occur in the knitting process.

Appearance: Light white yellowish flake
Ionic : Mild Cationic
PH : 5.5(1%aq.soln)
Solubility : Soluble at 90 C
Dilution : 1:20(5% Solution)

2.Imparts a soft, smooth and fell hand to fabric.
3.No changes of color on treated fabrics and remaining color fastness.
4.Easily Soluble at 90 0C.
5.Can be used in all the process of softening and resin finishing of all knitted fabric.
6.Procedure: Take 5 Kgs. HCS 100 n soaks it overnight with 15kgs. Warm water up to 50-60, next day take 80kgs water up to 80 C,& dilute the overnight 20Kgs.into it n your softener is ready. It gives pasty appearance n Pure Milky White Non Yellowing Softener.
7.Soaking is Overnight must.
