Rack Type Cutters

These Rack Type Cutters are used on Sunderland and Maag gear planing machines. These Rack Type Cutters are availabe and designed for manufacturing both Spur and Helical Gears as well as special profiles like roller chain sprockets or to specific part geometry Helical Rack Cutters are used in cases where Spur Type Rack Cutter can not be used to generate Helical Gears or to make Double Helical Gears. These Rack Cutters are available for Manufacture of Gears from 25 Module (1 DP) to as fine as 0.10 Mod (250 DP) and can be manufactured upto a length of 500 mm and Width of 150 mm. Modifications in profile like Full fillets, Tip relief and Tip chamfer protuberance can also be provided. We offer wide selection of HSS Materials ranging from M2 to ASP Grades. These Rack Cutters are manufactured on CNC Machine thus having very high standards of accuracy.
