Rack type intelligent flame detector signal processor adopts standard 19 inches 5U cabinet structure. It is consisted of flame processing module, flame detector cabinet, power supply, blank panel, communication module which is selectable. All the module structures are made from purpose-built aluminum alloy to ensure the product swap interchange freely. Each flame detector rack can be installed 8 ways of flame processing module, 1 way of communication module and 2 ways of power supply which support double road tied for supplying power operation. Flame detector signal processor is a kind of intelligent flame detector with self-adapting and self-learning function. Each way of the processing module has the independent micro processor system and processes the signal from the probe. The power of flame processing module is provided by power supply through the backplane of the flame detector rack which is based on micro-processor. Multiple CPU structure are applied in the flame detector which computes and judges flame on and off by double signal of flame intensity and frequency. Flame detector adopts digital communication to transfer the data with workstation through communication module. Rack type intelligent flame detector signal processor can be the standard type or the high end type according to the project needs.
