Queuing Calling system with Dot Matrix LED Display

TheDot Matrix LED Display queuecalling systemis an automatic device used to issue queue numbers to customers. Serving customers when they come to work at a public administrative center. For example, banks, hospitals or any other organization or business.The calling systemhelps to manage and coordinate automatic queues effectively.

The dot matrix led display queue calling systemis usually located at the entrance of the organization. It allows customers to get a queue number by touching the service box corresponding to the job they come to do on the touch screen. On the touch screen there is at least one or more services corresponding to the job, department of each unit.

The dot matrix leddisplay calling system consists of 4 main parts:

• Touch Kiosk:used to display information and allow customers to operate. Touch screens are usually 15 to 24 inches in size. High resolution and multi-touch capability.
• Control computer:Is a device that processes information and controls the operation of the system. The control computer is usually a desktop or laptop computer with a configuration strong enough to run the management software.
• LED board displaying the number called at the counter: Displays the number of customers being served
• Central display screen:guides customers to each corresponding area.
