PYROPHYLLITE is being used in the production of various products as a filler, carrier, extender, in powder & later on its natural property of thermal-electric insulator in compact blocks are being used for making of Machinable Ceramic parts like Strips, Bushes, Rods, Spacers, Plates, Fasteners, Tube, and Pencils etc as parts for electrical applications & electrical Controls. It is also widely used for Gas Burner Tips, Industrial Burner Tips, Welding Cups and Nozzles and other Heat Resisting and Acid Resisting Parts. Machinable Ceramics parts are being used in thermal a electrical applications as well as for research & development activities.We produce compact Pyrophyllite blocks, which can be machined, milled, drilled and tapped in required shape and size before being hardened by calcinations. The machined pyrophyllite parts are hardened by calcinations and are only workable by grinding after the hardening process. The Pyrophyllite can be held to closer dimensional tolerances than any other ceramic body that is not ground after calcinations.Our Pyrophyllite has good refractoriness & ceramic property and it is good insulator of thermal and electric in operating temp. up to 1000 degree c. It is due to presence of a Sericitea mineral which is naturally associated in massive deposit. The a Sericitea is very use full for making of vitrified floor tile. Ita s providing good strength and stability in body and ita s capable to remove the flints.
