PVC Processing Aid ACR ED-401A is a low molecular weight acrylic processing aid. It can be used in rigid PVC formulations to improve the process ability and the surface quality. It can accelerate fusion rate, increase productivity, decrease processing temperature, increased output rates and improved production efficiency.
ED-401A has better dispersion, excellent clarity and surface quality for end-use products, superior fusion promotion for rigid and soft PVC.

Application : ED-401A is mainly used in producing PVC transparent sheets, films, etc.
The recommended dosage is 1.5-2.5 phr for 100 phr PVC resin.

Package, Storage & Transportation
N.W.20KG, double-layer packed, first packed in airproof plastic bag, then in woven bags. Stored in a dry ventilated place and avoid light and rain. Handle and transport in accordance with general regulations.
