It is providing and fixing which is made PVC Cupboard Frame of the size 50mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick Plain/Printed/Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with 15mm x 15mm M.S. Square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm M.S. Square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S. Screws though the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screw to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 nos. of screw to be provided horizontal member etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
