The polymer composition of PARACRYL 120 TRF is designed to achieve a a lower molecular weighta (IV 2.3 a 2.5) as compared to 120 DF, which allows user more control on fusion and melt flow properties across a wide range of vinyl products. Besides its optimum use as a general purpose processing aid, its lower molecular weight ensures ripple free finishes particularly in transparent films a rigid or flexible. The processor can achieve better control on optical properties, fusion time, strength and yield of the end product. It can be safely blended with 120 DF for further optimization of melt flow behavior.
