"DOHH" High Head Centrifugal Slurry Pumps are designed with high heads per stage. Commonly used for long distance transport lines, and/or high working conditions by one single pump whereas for others pumps require multiple pumps in series.
Comparing with other types of centrifugal slurry pump, the unique design of impeller eye to vane diameter ratio which allows the DOHH high head slurry pumps to develop significant amounts of head one single stage.
Heavy duty encapsulated design and all wet-ending components make the a DOHHa type of pumps ideally suitable for aggressive high pressure applications, and the wet-end fits onto the mechanical standard without the need for any adapt plates.
Robust rolling bearings, minimum shaft overhang and large diameter rigid shafts are all contributed to stable operations, beside of that, a size up of bearing assembly and frame base is used for increasing absorbed power requirements.
