The polymer resin are mostly available in granules form for certain specific end use and some mixing and molding process needs the polymer resin powder, therefore the granules are normally grinded in pulverize to smaller evenly sized particles, the ground particles are thereafter passed through sieve vibrator to ensure maximum evenness for subsequent process need.
The material to be pulverized is introduced through the centre of the grinding disc and pushed outwards by the centrifugal force between stator and rotary disc.
A power suction unit system draws of the material below the mill and cools it intensively, after separation by a cyclone the materials falls in to a vibrating machine which is adopted to the special requirements of plastic material
