Pu Nonwoven

It is made fabric or PU Nonwoven with PU resin by coating or dipping. The products or Semi-finished Products are composed by the exchanging between DMF (N, N-Dimethyl formamide) and water. As for the products of coating fabric and synthetic leather, are based on fabric or nonwoven and combine with PU resin (Polyurethane resin).

PU resin involves PU solvent, Water-Based PU, High solid ingredient PU resin, and TPU. The parts of process are composed of wet coating, dry direct coating, dry transferring coating, fitting, and the other mild cure.

A serious of products can be applied extensively, such as footwear materials, nonwoven materials, sofa materials, leather equipment materials, adornment materials, exercise equipment, and car seats, it can be applied on electronic and medical, too. Besides, it also has quite additional functions with product improvement and prescription improvement. Such as water repellent, antibacterial, fire resistant or fire-proof and so on.
