This is a horizontal splitting machine, which is used for cutting and stacking of flexible polyurethane foam blocks. With our range there is no need to remove the cut sheets after every cut because we provide it with a string and sturdy table that is made of strong steel frame with wooden table top covered with abrasive paper to hold the blocks firmly.

In order to achieve the horizontal cutting of 2.5 to 150 mm thick sheets, the cutting head angle in our splitting and stacking machines can be adjusted from 0 to 5 dgs. by swiveling the complete cutting frame. The tensioned knife guide accommodates 30 mm vide cutting knife which moves on 500 mm diameter knife wheels. The knife can be continuously sharpened with 1001120 mm diameter grinding wheels.

We have incorporated all the electric controls into the machine panel, which is either flange mounted on to the machine frame or floor mounted, and is supplied as ready for operation. It is an economically priced machine with motorized operation, which can be supplied with additional attachments, e.g. vacuum table, infinitely variable table speed control, electronic cutting thickness preselect or, motor driven grinders, etc. for an additional price.
