Plastic Balls Nylon PP Delrin PE & PU PTFE Balls

PP- Polypropylene Balls

We have for our clients a wide gamut of polypropylene balls. Made from high quality polypropylene, these polypropylene balls are known for their high impact and chemical resistance. These polypropylene balls have a 50% higher temperature rating than UHMW, at the same cost. These polypropylene balls are lightweight and dimensionally stable, which is good for low-cost fabrications.

Nylon Balls

We bring for our clients nylon balls that are being largely used, owing to their superior properties. These nylon balls are manufactured from high quality nylon that has higher toughness and abrasion resistance. The other properties of these nylon balls include:

• These can absorb more moisture than other bearing materials
• These are dimensionally unstable in wet applications requiring close tolerances.
• These nylon balls are also made from nylon that is available in oil or MoS2 filled compounds, which offers a lower coefficient of friction for bearings and wear parts.

Delrin-POM - Polyacetal Balls

Our range of Delrin balls (Polyacetal balls) is manufactured by us at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. These Delrin balls are manufactured from Polyacetal. Known for their excellent machining properties, these Delrin balls are ideal for holding close tolerances.

PE - HDPE Balls

We manufacture ultra high molecular weight PE-HDPE Balls that have highest impact strengths of any thermoplastic. It is abrasion resistant, has high tensile strength, displays resistance to stress cracking, and has a good coefficient of friction. These polyethylene balls are well-suited, where durability and low friction are of paramount importance. These polyethylene balls have high resistance to corrosive chemicals, with the exception of oxidizing acids, make it an ideal choice for a wide variety of corrosive environment applications. PE-HDPE can operate successfully at temperatures as low as -375F making it an excellent material for cryogenic applications. PE-HDPE is available in several grades including USDA/FDA approved natural, ultraviolet safe black, and cross-linked, which offers better wear resistance.

Polyurethane - PU Balls

We manufacture and offer a wide range of polyurethane balls that offers the elasticity of rubber combined with the toughness and durability of metal. These polyurethane balls have high improved abrasion resistance as well as physical properties. These polyurethane balls have higher impact resistance and excellent wear properties. The various advantages of our range of polyurethane balls are:

PTFE-PTFE balls

Avail from us, our wide gamut of PTFE balls (PTFE balls). PTFE is the trade name that is used by PTFE material. These PTFE balls have lowest coefficient of friction of any solid known and also have high heat resistance, up to 500F. Chemically inert and moisture resistant, these PTFE balls also do not require any lubrication. We also manufacture these PTFE balls using PTFE of different variations, using additives such as glass and chemical compounds, in order to give specific properties for different applications.
