Our range of PTFE Sheet is manufactured by moulding method with PTFE granular resin. PTFE skied sheet is skied from molded rod(rough cast). Thickness can reach 0.1, . 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm. Width between 300mm to 2000mm.
Maximum long term working temperature is 260A C. Maximum short term working temperature is 260A C.
Tensile strength is a Y 15mpa,
Crack elongation is a Y 150%,
Co-efficient of friction is 0.08.
Co-efficient of expansion is 12.
Dielectric strength is a Y 10kv/mm,
Melting point is 327A C.

The features of the standard fillers are as follows:
Glass fiber: Increases compressive strength, rigidity and wear. Reduces creep and cold flow minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties.
Carbon: Increases compressive strength, hardness, wear, and load properties. Good chemical resistance. Various types and amounts of carbon can be added to alter conductivity.
