LEAKLESS recommend the PTFE Lined and PVDF Lined Pumps for severe industrial applications involving highly corrosive liquids like HF, HCL, FeCl3, HNO3, CH3COOH etc. with high temperature. These pumps are available in all types like Centrifugal, Self-priming, Monoblock, with special designed Mechanical Seal to ensure reliability. Injection moulded solid Impellers can withstand in high temperature. These highly sophisticated pumps gives the complete security from corrosive liquids and a long trouble free performance. Unique and simple design and assembly offers easy maintenance of the pump. PTFE lined and PVDF lined pumps are metal inserted, an alternative to P.P. & HDPE which withstand high temperature above 100 degree C and also can be used in high RPM Motors without wear and tear of Impeller and Stuffing Box.
