Adopts high quality inward fiberglass as pleach material, tabby pleach or special pleach to high grade fiberglass as cloth base material, then adopts special process engineering, adequately soakaging, dipping and covers with PTFE (PTFE) resin, then produces base cloth of PTFE Conveyor belt to manufacture various customised ventilate drying conveyor belt with special process technics.
Main Characteristics :
1. Stable Size, High Intensity.
2. Continuous Working Temperature Between -70 Deg. Celsius and 260 Deg. Celsius.
3. Surface Friction Coefficient : Between 0.05 and 0.1, little dielectric constant.
4. Anti-aging, no burning, perfect anti mucosity.
5. Anti Corrosive to all kinds of chemicals such as strong acids, alkalies and organic impregnate.

1. Widely applied to belt type agglutinate lining machinery spare parts.
2. Kinds of food baking, frozen food defrosting (vice, lunar new year's cake, candy etc)
