Progressive Cavity (Screw) Pumps

We are manufacturing, exporting and supplying huge range of Progressive Cavity (Screw) Pumps from Faridabad, Haryana, India. Plunger type pumps are preferred for Viscous materials with high flow rate. These pumps are Motor driven and fitted with either geared motor or Pulley . Flow is controlled thru AC Speed Drives when ever automatic control is needed. Shaft sealing is ensured either by soft gland packing or mechanical seal. These pumps work with Rotor moving in screw motion in stator principle. Torsion free Stators, special design of joints and pins ensure longer service life, trouble free performance and improved efficiency . The Stator and rotors are made of high quality special materials depending on chemicals to be applied. Plunger pumps are best suited for metering applications of higher volume such as up to 300 MA /Hr and Pressure rating of 48 Bar. The pumps are supplied with Motor suitable for a electrical supply of 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz. However motor suiting for any other specific electrical rating such as 380 Volt 3 Phase , 230 Volt Single Phase, 60 Hz etc can also be fitted. Pumps are routinely accessible with rotating parts of SS 316. However based on each application , different MOC's of Stator and Rotor are selected.
