Proceco Bogie Washer

These Proceco Bogie Washers are aqueous degreasing systems specifically designed to automatically wash and rinse transit car and locomotive bogies (without traction motors) moving on their own wheels, in various states of disassembly. These washers use Proceco's exclusive spray manifold design, which surrounds the bogie on all 4 sides and travels back and forth over the entire length of the workpiece to ensure effective cleaning of all surfaces. Typical cleaning time is 20 - 45 minutes, dependant on the degree of contamination of workpieces. Cleaning processes are controlled by a PLC. Proceco Bogie Washers can also clean bogie frames without wheels and various other components using the optional parts trolley. Other options are available for enhanced performance and increased production.
