Key Features

Blanketing Pressure Regulator reduces the available gas pressure to a very low blanketing pressure. Generally, Nitrogen is fed to the pressure regulator from the N2 generation plant. It is recommended to install the Regulator on top of the container as it is designed to respond to very low pressure. The Blanketing Regulator is a downstream pressure regulator meant for reducing the inlet pressure to the required blanketing pressure and maintain the same inside the container. When the pressure inside the container drops below the set pressure the Regulator opens and allows entry of Nitrogen in the container affecting rise in dropped pressure. As soon as the pressure inside the container is made up and reaches to its set pressure the Regulator closes and stops the flow of Nitrogen in the tank
