We manufacture CRCA steel radiators suitable for Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) and Oil Natural Air Forced (ONAF) cooling. Our product differentiates us from others with outer surface blast cleaned and painted in our hi-tech painting booth. We have technologically sound and skilled workforce to deliver a quality product. Our designed and manufactured radiators have distinct advantages over other types and styles. Every radiator undergoes rigorous tests so as to ensure an impeccable job reaches our customer every time. Individual panels and assembled Radiators are tested under a pressure for leak check. Surface preparation done by SHOT BLASTING as per industry standards ensures cleaning/de-rusting and gives necessary anchor profile for bonding paints. First coat - Enamel/Epoxy Primer as per customer requirements. Final coat - The radiators are sprayed with two pack epoxy/polyurethane/Enamel paints to required shades.
