Acten Precure Tread Press has a H-frame structure that offers unsurpassed structural strength. It is designed to withstand high press indefinitely. The result of the curing tread will have even thickness throughout the whole tread, which is one of the key factor determining the quality of the tread.
Differ than common C or G-frame structure, the H-frame structural intergrity allows 1150MT maximum pressure for the manufacturing of the precure tread. The conventional C-frame structure offers less structural strength, the top frame will crack or show signs of cracking over time and resulting in unevenly cured precure tread with lop-sided thickness.
