We offer a range of custom Precision Fixture systems to meet the manufacturing needs of various industries. We have the ability to designed and manufacture sets of aluminum fixture plates which attach to the top and bottom surfaces of the steel rotator plate with "Ball-Lock" mounting pins. Our fixtures hold cast aluminum components that are machined on a 4 axis CNC vertical machining center. The fourth axis rotates the assembly when required. The parts are milled and drilled on the top surface, then rotated for a drill/tap operation. When complete, the bottom fixture is rotated into position and processed. We can manufacture a range of fixtures as per customer specifications and industrial needs.
