The induction preheater offered by sai is used to heat copper and aluminium wires of different thicknesses, on extrusion lines. The pre heating of various wires into this machinery ensures removal of moisture from conductor and avoids breakage and shrinkage of wire coatings. It is an in line machinery which means it is directly connected to the wire drawing machinery. Induction preheater operates on the principle of electrical inductive resistance heating. These induction preheater are created from highly precise manufacturing processes to ensure maximum performance, high speed, low wastage and cost efficiency.
