PACKAGING:
Foam-Shield corners, buffers and support pads are being used in domestic and export
packiging of precision electrical and electronic instruments, consumer electronic appliances, automobile parts, engineering goods, office automation products and laboratory equipemnts. Computer hardware industry mostly prefer "Foam-Shield" for their packaging requirements. Fragile show pieces, delicate jewellery and breakable dinner sets need careful handling to prevent scratches and damages. Foam-Shield's zero abrasion property makes it perfect for such packing. Frequent design changes also possible without expensive mould in case required by customers.
"Foam-Shield" packaging can also be laminated with wide range of products like aluminium foil, craft paper, woven sack, cloth etc. to provide additional strength and protection to meet various packaging requirements.
"Foam-Shield" has been a boon to pharma industry. Its non-toxic, microbe free chemical resistance characteristics makes it suitable packaging of vials, ampoules and laboratory equipments.

INSULATION: "Foam-Shield" liners are currently used by air-conditioning and refrigeration industries due to its low moisture and transmission rates. These liners also can be made available with adhesive release paper. "Foam-Shield" tube is ideal for lower temperature applications.
"Foam-Shield" insulation also reduces temperature inside the car, reduces corrosion of body and chassis with its excellent moisture resistance and also dampens noise from engine to the body and ground.

CONSTRUCTION: "Foam-Shield" is being used during construction of bridges as expansion joints, roof and terrace water proofing and thermal insulation. Also used as carpet underlay to prevent fungus or mould growth which may destroy expensive carpets.
