The powder coating plant is conveyor operated and allows batches of components up to 3 metres long, 1.5 metres high and 600mm wide to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes. Components pass through a EIGHT-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and phosphate-coated to give excellent paint adhesion. These facilities, in conjunction with two assembly lines, enable US to meet customersa particular requirements and offer a complete service.
