Anjali recovery Booth ensures uniform air flow. Uniform air flow sweeps the booth walls and prevents accumulation of powder. The high efficiency booth ensure faster cleaning & color changes. The constant suction of overspread powder reduces material.

Following Equipment are Required :-
1. Air Compressor: To deliver continuous compressed air to the process air before feeding
2. Oil and moisture separator: to remove contaminants from Compressed air before feeding it to the process.
3. Pretreatment systems: for digressing and surface preparation of the work piece to the coating operation.
4. Powder spray machine.
5. Powder spray Booth Cum Recovery Systems: for recovery and subsequent reuse of over sprayed powder the recovery systems may be cyclone or fitter carriage.
6. Oven is normally operating between 180 C to 220 C. This may be electrical/air gas fired.
