Our company covers an area of 50,000 square meters and building area 20,000 square meters. Among 300 staff of current company, 2 persons with Senior Engineer Title, 10 persons with Engineer Title and Engineering & Technical Personnel 42 persons. Taking the advantage of Organic Silicone resources DMC and D4, which produced by Petro China Jilin branch, our company has built specialized production line with the annual throughput of 1500 tons of methylvinyl silicone rubber and 3000 tons of mixed rubber. During the whole course of production of 10kVi 500kV suspension composite insulators, we use Automatic Integral Injection Shaping Machine, Acoustic Emisson Testing Bonder etc. advanced facilities, perfect technique & inspection methods, strict & scientific management to keep the high quality of products.
