The Accuster Portable Compact Mobile Lab (PCML) is a complete biochemistry laboratory packed in a suitcase. It is an open system, uses only 40 W, runs on solar power with 4 hours of onboard power (extendable to 24 hours), and works from 0 deg C to 50 deg C in hot, cold or humid conditions.

The one-bag design needs little set-up space, which makes it practical for field testing. Low power and low reagent use help lower the cost per test, and the simple interface needs little maintenance. Results sync to the cloud in real time through satellite, and test reports are available through online LIMS software and portals.

Tests: sugar profile, lipid profile, liver function, kidney function (urea, BUN, creatinine, eGFR, uric acid), electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus), CRP and micro protein.
