The portable offices/cabins will be fabricated out of GI and MS Sheet. The outer body will be made with suitable corrugation on CNC bending machine. The base frame and top will be made out of spe-cial formed channels using MS sheet / MS pipes, with suitable stiffeners and supports required as per design for strength of Cabin.

The top of the cabin shall have a slope from centre towards both the side of cabin with proper arrangement for draining the rain water and heat exhaust.

Painted with Epoxy primer and with 2 Coats of Epoxy textured paint then after necessary cleaning of oil / rust on sheet by chemicals.

Internal walls paneling and top ceiling from inside will be done with 9mm decorative board with suitable aluminum sections and angles duly powder coated.

The bottom flooring made of 18mm waterproof ply Chequered Plate / Bison board with vinyl carpet on top of it with suitable skirting and molding Patti for better aesthetic look from inside.

MS Door will be provided with suitable decorative board, door closure, lock, handle from inside, and lock, handle from outside.

Option of DVR (Digital Video Recording) Camera security system / Key less door entry system (i.e. Card swipe, Biometric) as per the customer's request.

AC cut out will be provided for fitting AC. The cut out will be covered for transportation, which can be removed on site for fixing of A.C.

Aluminum sliding windows duly powder coated (2 track) with tinted glass, for cross ventilation of air with required locking arrangement, silicon filling, and suitable MS grill from outside for safety.

The Cabin from all the five side, (4 Nos. side walls and Top) will have glass wool / Poly Urethene Foam (PUF) insulation.
