Base Frame of portable offices

• Base frame used are of pressed mild steel channel section
• Main structural element are of 'C' Channels 100 mm x 50 mm and cross member is of 'C' channels section size 75 mm x 40 mm
• Side & end frames made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles/pillars of sufficient strength
• 9 mm MDF board used for interior walls
• All steel sheets used are treated for corrosion resistance
• Vertically corrugated Sheet Panels that are continuously welded to top side and base structures to offer better strength to weight ratio
• All gaps sealed at edges & at seams, bottom etc. for preventing ingress of moisture

Flooring Systems of portable offices

• Bottom frame provided by 18 mm thick plywood, bison panel/E board (fixed by means of self taping screws)
• PVC vinyl flooring fixed on a panel

Roof of portable offices

Interior panelling is done in 9 mm MDF board with adequate insulation
