Polyethylene Emulsion (Non-ionic Softener)
P E EMULSION is a nonionic softening agent and can be used with resin finishing. It is compatible with cationic and anionic additives. PE imparts soft, smooth & pleasing handle to cotton cellulosics and their blends with synthetics. It is especially suitable with resin finishing as it improves abrasion resistance, controls loss of tear and tensile strength without any adverse effect on crease recovery. It exhibits no chlorine retention. It has good durability to repeated laundering. It has no adverse effect on rubbing or light fastness of dyestuffs and no tone change with reactive dyeing.
