Polyether Polyol Application: Polyurethane Foam

- Polyether polyol is a main raw material of polyurethane foam (rigid foam,flexible foam,CASE application ,shoes) .
- Rigid foam polyol mainly used for foam insulation in domestic and commercial refrigeration, insulated containers, composite panels for cold stores, water and solar heating, pipelines and many other insulation applications.
- Conventional polyols are main base materials for manufacturing flexible foam blocks which are used in applications such as mattresses, automobile seats, interior parts, sound deadening and upholstered furniture.
- High Reactivity Polyols are used for moulding processes for applications in automobile seats, trains, airplanes and also for moulding PU steering wheels and dashboards.
- Polymeric Polyols with varying amounts of Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN) solids to enhance the PU foams load bearing capacity.
- CASE Polyols is used in non-cellular polyurethane applications such as coating, adhesive, sealant and elastomer.
