Polyurethane sealant is a one component, room temperature curing polyurethane adhesive with the strength of good bonding performance. It will react with water in the atmosphere and form to a kind of elastomer which possesses excellent characters of high Intensity,no corrosion,and good ageing, vibration fatigue and low temperature resistance.

Applications:
High modulus construction polyurethane sealant is mainly used for bonding construction materials
and sealing floor or brick wall. It delivers a consistently strong and lasting sealing on most building substrates including: Masonry,concrete, marble granite and terrazzo floor. Besides, it also used for high strength adhesive such as indoor and outdoor veneer bonding, pipeline interface (concrete/steel/glass/fibre) sealing.

Low modulus construction polyurethane sealant is sealing for building wall and cover board, ALC board, frame joint, window seal (inside & outside), water proof joint (inside & outside), water tank and water drainage structural joint, parapet and road separating joint and general civil project expansion and contraction joint.
