COPPER : Oxygen free High Conductivity copper has better surface conductance and solder-ability.
HIGHER LIFE : The insulating material is imported biaxially oriented synthetic film and has very high life.
DIELECTRIC STRENGTH : The multiple layer construction ensures high dielectric quality of insulation and places the insulation concentrically around the conductor.
WITHSTANDS 130OC TEMPERATURE : For short period +130OC & continuous -60OC to +105OC.
LESS LEAKAGE CURRENT : It has constant & many times higher insulation resistance even at boiling point of water and the current leakage is very less.
MORE MECHANICAL STRENGTH : POLYCOT insulation is remarkably resistant to cut through and scrap abrasion. The structure of insulation is oriented bi-axially. Propagation of tear is difficult.
