Features :
The machine has three sections as described below.
Feeding section :The section consists of the followings :-
-Hopper
-Dry powder collector made of Stainless steel.
Inspection section : The section consists of a vary speed conveyor.
-The capsules, while moving on the conveyor revolve along their axis due to the angular guides, thus can be inspected.
Polishing section : This section is constituted of:
-Filter cloth
-Revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush
-Stainless steel powder collector
-Vaccum dust collector
-Each capsule is polished twice, in two chambers, thus imparting a glossy finish.
