POLARIMETER MODEL RSPT

Polarimeter (220mm) with sodium lamp assembly & choke with triple shadow effect (accuracy of 0.01 by direct reading).
Suitable companion instrument for the refractometer, indeed, it should be side by side in the laboratory whereas the refractometer give the total solids present in a sugar solution. The polarimeter discriminates between right handed sugars, such as sucrose, and left -a handed sugars such as levulose etc.

The optics & Tripe field shadow are fabricated from imported glass and quartz.

The International sugar scale range is higher i.e.- -130 to + 130.
Vernier Micrometer Graduation is more to take th reading in more accuracy.
