Our pyramid type plate bending machine is ideal for bending MS plates to roll cylinders and thereby fabrication of pipes, semicircle pipes, cones etc. Our machine can be customized as per the requirement of our clients. Based on pyramid principle this machine is fabricated with heavy section base, welded structure. Our robust, heavy construction and maintenance free plate bending machine can withstand all working conditions. Further, the rolls are of carbon forged steel which assures it can stand wear and tear. Some of the technical specifications are described below :
* Guaranteed machine frames with removable rolled cylinder. The top Roll is held cantilever by a screw jack arrangement
* Gears fitted in heavy duty roller/ball bearings and bottom rolls in cast iron bushes
* Driving motor of Standard Make with reverse forward control panel.
* Correct working height from floor, for ease of operation.
* Two stage Geared reduction , first by Worm Gear Box and later by spur gear.
* Self balanced machine, no foundation necessary .
