Plain F DOOR ENDORE CLASSIC PREMIUM

Single leaf rigid FRP sandwich composite Door shutters of 30 mm (+/-1 mm) thick are fabricated with two wood grain texture finish 2mm thick FRP skin. 70mmx26mm wooden frames used as outer frame for fixing of fittings. Paper Honeycomb used for inner core. A structural adhesive compatible with honeycomb and wood used for bonding core material and skins. The door shutters fabricated using adhesive bonding technique by applying high pressure and temperature. The finish of the shutter cane be of Teak wood and Rose wood Grains.

Suitable treated and seasoned rubber wood are filled inside at required places for fixing fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc.. Available Colours Rose wood and Teak wood Grains.
