After the pipes are cut and conveyed through the run-out table:
1a Loading and Counting: Pipes are taken and counted one by one as the set program, then moved to the collected area.
2a Stacking: After counting finishes, the blanking system starts to unload the pipes to the lifting device (moves up and down). And the pipes are aligned by the double-end aligning device. After this stacking, the whole bundle of pipes is conveyed into the receiving cart.
3a Transferring: The receiving cart shifts the bundle of pipes out of lifting device
4a Circling: While the bundle of pipes is shifted out, the lifting device comes back to the receiving position and waits for the next bundlea s stacking, which ensures the continuity without any time gap.
5a Bundling: Bundled automatically or manually.
