Pipe Polishing Machine With Less Maintenance Application: Electricals

MMT Tube polishing machine is developed with centreless technology. The Machine is fabricated steel (MS) structure of 20mm/ 12mm/ 10mm/ 08mm thickness with mounted housing for polishing heads and conveyor system for complete automation. Various types of flap wheel, buffing wheel and non a woven wheels can be mounted due to rigid spindle, the grinding / polishing pressure can be read on ampere meter. Due to helix angle provided on the guide wheel, the component (Pipe/Rod) can move automatically forward while polishing process. Safety feature such as floating arrangement is provided on guide wheel due to which bend pipes maxim up to 5 mm can be easily polished without creating pressure / load on the motors. The control wheel is of rubber material with 60-70 shore hardness, Control wheel can be set with helix angel to achieve faster speed & feed.
