Key Features
Our range of Pinch Roll Levellers consists of a welded frame with 2 side members. Holding the bearing chucks and bolted to each other via spacers and cross pieces. The chucks for the lower pinch and levelling rolls are rigidly mounted in the side members. The top pinch roll is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinder. The upper levelling rolls are parallel adjustable by screw down devices. Pairs of horizontal and vertical guide rollers, adjustable to suit the strip width, are mounted at the entry side of the machine.
