Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor - Stainless Steel, Ø19mm Flush Diaphragm, High Accuracy & Reliability With Laser Trimming Calibration

Our rnage of Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor are pressure measuring devices with isolated diaphragm of oil filled. The measured pressure is transmitted onto silicon die which with Wheatstone bridge and precision mechanical structure through diaphragm and inner media, to transform the pressure to electric signal. SHR100 series pressure sensor is inspected and screened on automatic production line, tested and checked time after time strictly. Wider temperature compensation and zero correction are calibrated by laser trimming technics. So that high accuracy and reliability of each sensor can be ensured.
The outline, installation dimension and sealing method of the General CHR-100 (I 19mm) is strongly interchangeable, it is widely used for measuring pressure which is compatible with stainless steel and Viton.
